Citrus Table Event Space

space features

  • 1,500 square feet, split between two areas, with 14’ ceilings, crisp white walls, and original wood floors

    • Entry level space is 350 square feet - perfect as a pre-function space for cocktails, guest registration, photo booths, champagne walls, etc.

    • The larger, slightly elevated upper level space is approximately 1,200 square feet and connects to the entry level space with five small steps. It's used as the main seating and gathering area.

  • Galley-style prep area with sink, dishwasher, under-counter refrigerator, and microwave (*no full kitchen onsite)

  • Built-in cabinetry and countertop buffet

  • Gallery-style dimmable lighting

  • Sonos sound system (sync up your Spotify playlist)

  • WiFi

    • Upgraded glassware available for an additional rental fee

  • Selection of stoneware dinnerware (salad plates, dinner plates, bowls) for up to 40 guests

  • Flatware for up to 40 guests

  • Coffee maker with warming carafe

  • Glass beverage dispenser (water, tea, etc.)

  • Cooler (ice not provided)

  • A selection of table linens are available for an additional fee, dependent on availability, including:

    • Cocktail table linens ($10 each)

    • Table runners ($5 each)

CAPACITIES

  • Maximum of (40) seated guests at (3) separate seating areas.

  • Maximum of (60) reception-style in upper and lower areas (highboy cocktail tables, no long tables)

*For the safety and comfort of all guests, we are not able to accommodate more than 40 people for a seated function.

DAYTIME

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM - $85 / hour

WEEKDAY EVENINGS

  • Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM - $150 / hour

WEEKENDS (3 hour minimum)

  • Friday, 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM - $200/hour

  • Saturday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM - $200 / hour

NOTES

  • 10% discount extended for non-profit organizations.

  • 15% discount for 8+ hours.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own food and beverage. We also have a list of menus we can provide that work well in the space from caterers who are familiar with our space and procedures.

  • Your access to the space begins at the agreed upon start time. Any time needed for setup and tear down should be included and accounted for when booking your event hours.

  • For sure! You are welcome to decorate the space with any removable, non-adhesive items (no nails, staples, or other holes are allowed in walls). We ask that all decorations are removed or properly disposed of at the end of the event. Trash and recycling (including glass recycling) are available onsite. Contained candles, confetti and florals are ok, but please, for the love….no glitter.

  • Yes, there is an elevator in the lobby of the main entrance that will bring any guests up one level so they can enter the main doors of the space. description

  • Street parking is available in the surrounding Crossroads neighborhood and is subject to regular parking laws. Parking is more readily available in the evenings and on weekends. There are two (2) handicap accessible parking spots on the street located directly out front of the Citrus Table entrance.

    The KC Streetcar also has a Crossroads stop at 19th & Main, about a three block walk to Citrus Table.
